As of April 5, 2021 the Library is open to the public. Meeting room space is limited to the Kimmel Gallery and East Room. Both meeting rooms are set up to promote social distancing.
As a community service, the Morton-James Public Library offers the Kimmel Gallery for use by the public as well as nonprofits and community groups or organizations.
The Kimmel Gallery offers a kitchenette, folding tables and fifty (50) folding chairs. The room is located close to handicap accessible public restrooms. Maximum room capacity is 100.
The library also has two smaller meeting rooms: The East room that facilitates groups of five people or smaller and the North room that can seat up to twenty.
Meeting rooms are reserved on a first-come, first served basis and library events hold priority over any organization or group meetings.
To reserve a meeting room please contact the library at 402-873-5609 or firstname.lastname@example.org
